These Terms of Use govern your use of Wingdash, a single-player, offline arcade platformer for iOS. Please read them before you play — they are short and plain, because the game is too.
By downloading, installing, or playing Wingdash, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Wingdash on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the app to anyone else.
Wingdash uses an in-game currency called Golden Feathers, along with permanent upgrades (Tailwind, Thermal Lift, Storm Call, Downy Guard) and plumage skins. All of these:
Wingdash contains no advertisements, no subscriptions, and no in-app purchases.
Please play fairly. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, tamper with, or attempt to defeat any part of the app; not to cheat or exploit bugs to falsify records; and not to copy, redistribute, or repackage the app or its contents. Wingdash is for personal use only.
Wingdash and all of its content — including its characters, art, animation, music, sound, level design, and code — are owned by the developer and are protected by law. Your license to play does not transfer any ownership or rights beyond the limited use described above.
Wingdash collects no personal data, requires no account, and stores all progress locally on your device. Full details are in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of your understanding of how the game works.
Wingdash is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
Wingdash is a family-friendly game designed for a general audience. It contains no chat, no user-generated content, and no external links.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date. Continuing to play Wingdash after an update means you accept the updated terms.
